All orders must be paid before delivery. Pay safely with your credit card. We use iDeb and Euroline for maximum protection against fraud.

If you prefer to fax your credit card number; use this form when finished shopping. Fill in the fields and fax it to us with your signature.

You may also use a bank transfer, contact us for more details.

Delivery time
We ship continually every workday and your products will normally arrive within 7-10 days. We will notify you if an order is estimated to take longer time for any reason.

Stock
Products found in our web-shop is normally also in stock.
If you plan to order larger quantities, contact us first for inventory status.

Return policy
We will credit unopened packages returned to us within 10 days. You pay only the return shipping.

Guarantee - Returning opened packages
Our products maintain the highest possible quality, and we want to keep it that way. If you consider a product not up to standard after opening, please let us know about it immediately. You will get a return number so we can inspect the package.
Never return goods without a return number!
We will refund your costs and/or send new products.

Shipping & Handling
We practice a flat fee of €20 for every order. This fee will be added to your shopping cart automatically.

The flat fee makes it profitable to order more in each shipment. Ask family and friends to join your order with a few items!
